City-based Jungian Psychoanalyst

Catherine Cox’s approach is rooted in the Jungian tradition, in which she completed a rigorous 5 year post-graduate training. Her work with survivors of trauma has led her also to incorporating attachment theory and sensorimotor body therapy techniques where appropriate.

As an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Catherine is bound by its Code of Professional Ethics as well as by the Code of Ethics of the Guild of Analytical Psychology and Spirituality (GAPS), of which she is also a member. She is also a member of both the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) and the European Society for Trauma and Dissociation (ESTD).

In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Catherine also provides clinical supervision to a leading children’s charity.

She has full professional liability insurance.
